Lifetime Plating Service

We have launched a Lifetime Plating Service to keep you covered even after the warranty period. Through this service, you can get your TrueSilver jewellery replated in those rare cases where you face a plating or tarnishing issue.

Please find the Terms & Conditions below :

1. We re-plate all TrueSilver jewellery except the ones with diamonds, pearls, or black beads.
2. If you would like the pendant to be re-plated, please send the chain as well. We will re-plate both.
3. If you wish to get your earrings re-plated, kindly send us the pair and we'll take care of the rest.
4. This service is only limited to undamaged TrueSilver jewellery. If the product does not qualify for re-plating, unfortunately, we will have to send it back to you.

You can avail this service anytime after 1 months of product delivery if you face any plating-related or tarnishing issues with TrueSilver product
